The Registered Specialist Trade Contractors Scheme (RSTCS) has invited representative from the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) to share the cases in breach of the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (PBO) such as introduction fees and use of false documents. The speaker will explain the key elements of the integrity management policy, a mandatory registration requirement of the RSTCS, the responsibilities of registered companies, how to report potential cases and collaborate with the ICAC. In case there is any non-compliance or conviction under PBO, the RSTCS may instigate regulatory actions. The speaker will share how ICAC can assist companies to strengthen corruption prevention practices as well as the available ICAC resources.
